How TrustPass articles are prepared
TrustPass publishes practical guidance for people handling customer security reviews. Our aim is to make difficult decisions clearer without presenting general information as legal advice, audit evidence, or certification.
Research and sources
We prefer standards bodies, regulators, official documentation, and original research. Material factual claims should carry a contextual link so readers can see what the source supports and where its scope ends.
Authorship and automation
Every article names its accountable author. Research, outlining, editing, and technical checks may be assisted by automation, but an author remains responsible for the usefulness and accuracy of the published result. We do not invent interviews, customers, testing, or personal experience.
Security and compliance claims
Public claims about TrustPass capabilities and security-review practices are checked against current product behaviour and primary sources. TrustPass does not claim SOC 2 certification, provide legal opinions, or treat a policy document as proof that a control operated.
Review and approval
Content receives editorial, product-truth, compliance-claim, and release checks. The founder approves publication during the first version of the service. A date is changed only when the article has been materially updated.
Corrections
When we find a material error, we correct it and update the modified date. Readers can report a concern through the TrustPass support channel.
